Andrew Gibbs is the founder and CEO of Halifax New Zealand. Andrew has been involved in the financial markets in New Zealand and overseas since 2001 working for one of the largest Wealth Management Firms in NZ until 2005 and in 2008 set up Halifax New Zealand. Andrew has extensive experience in all forms of equity and derivative contracts. Andrew holds a Degree in Economics & Accounting, a NZX Diploma, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and is an ASX Level 2 Derivatives Adviser.
Greg has over 30 years’ experience in derivative markets ranging from management of Futures and Options Exchange, Derivatives Issuers and Dealing rooms and more recently risk management and compliance. Greg has been an Authorised Financial Adviser, NZX Adviser and NZX Derivatives Adviser. Greg has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) and has been a University visiting lecturer in Finance.
Roger has been actively involved with the futures and share markets since the mid 1980’s. He was a registered SYCOM trader from 1993–1995 while working with Ord Westpac Futures Ltd in Sydney. He returned to New Zealand in 1996 and worked for Ord Minnett Jardine Fleming Futures Ltd before joining Halifax in 2015.
This broad background to the financial markets with exposure to derivatives, currencies and equities enables Roger to advise on all Halifax range of trading products with the past few years focusing on CFDs.
With his 29 years background exposure to global equity and derivative markets plus an in-depth knowledge of online trading, Robert is ideally suited to advise on the appropriate products and trading platforms required to achieve your investment objectives.

Ricardo Garrido is a Senior Client Advisor at Halifax New Zealand in Auckland specialising in stocks, options and CFDs, and providing general advice in futures, fixed interest, and foreign exchange. Ricardo has 25 years investment experience having worked overseas for Merrill Lynch, Mortgage Broking and C&T Global Futures.
Michael has 21 years of experience working as a stockbroker and investment advisor since 1996. Michael has a Ph.D degree in math, a NZX Diploma, and an Australian Derivative Advisor level1 certificate. Michael specialises in stock picking utilising both fundamental and technical analysis helped with broad picture perspectives.

Aaron is an Authorized Financial Adviser and is licensed to provide personalized financial advice and investment planning services.
Daniza is a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Registered Cost Accountant (RCA) and Member of Institute of Certified Bookkeeper (MICB) which she earned internationally in 2012. She started with Halifax in 2014 as an Accounting and Admin Officer contributing to the company her expertise in Accounting and Bookkeeping, her skills in Xero Accounting Software, MS Office and online platforms. Daniza holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and has a wide experience on virtual work for over 6 years.
Hamesh has worked as an analyst for 5-years in the Investment Strategy Team at Goldman Sachs JB Were in Auckland and has previously spent time at the Reserve Bank of NZ. Hamesh has completed a Commerce (1st Class Honours - Finance) & Law Degree at the University of Auckland.
